bat339 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bat339 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the bat339 website, mobile applications, and all gaming and betting services provided through the platform.

By registering an account or by continuing to use bat339 after any update to these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by everything set out here, as well as any additional terms referenced within specific sections such as bonus terms, VIP programme terms, and responsible gaming guidelines.

bat339 reserves the right to carry out eligibility verification at any point and may request documentation to confirm your identity and age. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one bat339 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under any other name — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, a valid phone number, and your correct date of birth. Providing false information at any stage of the registration process constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your bat339 login credentials — username and password — confidential and secure at all times.
• Ensuring that no other person gains access to your bat339 account.
• Notifying bat339 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All activity that occurs on your account, regardless of whether you personally performed that activity.

bat339 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where that access arose from your own failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4Deposits & Payments

bat339 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are generally credited to your bat339 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically process within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name. bat339 does not accept deposits from accounts or wallets belonging to third parties. Any deposit that cannot be matched to the account holder's verified identity may be reversed.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• bat339 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds used for deposits must be from legitimate sources. bat339 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds at any time.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by bat339 in PKR to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. If the same method is not available, bat339 will use an equivalent verified method.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, bat339 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure and applies to all accounts. You will be asked to provide identification documents that confirm your name, address, and date of birth.

Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier:

• Bronze and Silver: Standard processing queue.
• Gold: Priority processing with faster turnaround.
• Platinum and Diamond: Expedited priority processing as a VIP benefit.

bat339 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and given an opportunity to respond.

6Bonuses & Promotions

bat339 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between general bonus terms here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus rules:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed in full before the bonus balance or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, 20x means you must wager twenty times the bonus amount before withdrawal is unlocked).
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period. Any bonus not used within its stated validity period will expire automatically.
• bat339 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed through a technical error, a breach of bonus terms, or any activity that bat339 determines constitutes bonus abuse.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using technical exploits, or placing bets structured solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, any derived winnings, and may lead to account closure.

7Betting Rules

bat339 offers sports betting covering cricket, PSL, T20 and ODI internationals, football, esports, and other sports markets. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on bat339:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bat339 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted.
• bat339 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, incomplete match data, or circumstances where the integrity of a market cannot be confirmed.
• In-play bets are subject to network latency. bat339 accepts no responsibility for bets placed after an in-play event has already concluded due to connection delays on the player's side.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by market and player tier. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• bat339 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account where unusual patterns are detected.

Specific sports, leagues, and markets may carry additional rules that are available in the relevant section of the platform. Cricket betting rules for PSL, bilateral series, and ICC events follow standard market conventions as stated in the sportsbook.

8VIP Programme

The bat339 VIP programme rewards regular players with points that accumulate automatically across all platform sections. Points contribute to tier progression across Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers. Full details of the VIP programme, including tier benefits, are available on the VIP page.

VIP programme rules:

• VIP points are earned on wagering activity. They are not earned on deposits, withdrawals, or void bets.
• bat339 reserves the right to modify the points structure, tier thresholds, and associated benefits at any time with reasonable notice.
• VIP tier maintenance requirements may apply. Failure to meet maintenance activity levels during a review period may result in tier demotion.
• VIP rewards — including cashback — are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of issue and may carry their own wagering requirements.
• VIP programme membership does not constitute any form of contractual entitlement to specific rewards indefinitely. bat339 may restructure the programme with notice.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bat339. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account on bat339 under any identity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Accessing bat339 on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.
• Any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the bat339 platform in any way.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in any activity that bat339 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering, fraud, or the use of proceeds from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bat339 support staff or other players.
• Circumventing any access restriction or geographic limitation applied by bat339.

10Account Suspension and Closure

bat339 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. This includes but is not limited to situations where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Identity verification has not been completed within the requested timeframe.
• Prohibited conduct has been identified.
• A player has requested self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, bat339 may withhold any pending or existing balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, legitimate balances will be returned to the player through the verified payment method on the account.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bat339 account may contact support to do so. Any bonus balances will not be returned upon voluntary closure unless fully wagered and converted to withdrawable funds.

11Responsible Gaming

In any event, bat339's total liability to a player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the balance held in that player's bat339 account at the time of the incident.

14Amendments to Terms

bat339 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, bat339 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — for example through a notice on the website or a notification sent to the account's registered email address.

Continued use of bat339 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

bat339 recommends that registered players check these Terms periodically to remain aware of the current rules governing their use of the platform.
